Azteca French Toast Roll Ups
1 box Azteca refrigerated flour tortillas
¼ cup whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Yogurt, any flavor
Cinnamon and sugar
- Mix egg, whole milk, and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl
- Dip tortillas in egg mixture, coating each side thoroughly
- Using a buttered, nonstick pan, cook each tortilla 1-2 minutes each side on on medium heat
- Coat each cooked tortillas with cinnamon and sugar mixture
- Top tortillas with yogurt and berries
- Roll up and serve!
