Ingredients List

1 box Azteca refrigerated flour tortillas
1 egg
¼ cup whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Butter
Yogurt, any flavor
Cinnamon and sugar
Berries, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix egg, whole milk, and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl
  2. Dip tortillas in egg mixture, coating each side thoroughly
  3. Using a buttered, nonstick pan, cook each tortilla 1-2 minutes each side on on medium heat
  4. Coat each cooked tortillas with cinnamon and sugar mixture
  5. Top tortillas with yogurt and berries
  6. Roll up and serve!
